Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00
Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more
Express shipping: $20.00

Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and your location.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email info@hendoplants.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
